1.1  These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between romabet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the romabet platform available at romabet.app and its associated subdomains, mobile applications, and progressive web applications.

1.2  By completing the romabet registration process — including checking the acceptance box during sign-up — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the romabet platform from time to time. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and romabet.

1.3  Access to and use of the romabet platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms at all times. romabet reserves the right to deny access to the platform to any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms or who breaches any provision herein.

1.4  These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

2.1  To be eligible to register and maintain a romabet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of romabet or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a romabet account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of coercion, duress, or impairment that would affect your capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2.2  During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. romabet will use this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you regarding your account.

2.3  romabet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information you provide during registration or at any subsequent time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (CNIC, Passport), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by romabet may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.4  Each individual is permitted to hold only one romabet account. Holding multiple accounts simultaneously is prohibited. Where romabet identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but one account, to void winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts, and to retain any bonus amounts credited to those accounts.

3.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your romabet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

3.2  romabet will never contact you by email, telephone, SMS, or live chat to request your password or two-factor authentication code. Any communication purporting to be from romabet that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to romabet support immediately.

3.3  All activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless and until you notify romabet in writing that your account has been compromised. romabet accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of you sharing your credentials or failing to keep them secure.

3.4  You may close your romabet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (subject to completion of identity verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Account Suspension & Closure by romabet

3.5  romabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• Fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods have been used to fund the account.
• The account holder is using prohibited software, tools, or strategies as described in Section 8.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.

3.6  Where an account is closed by romabet due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited immediately.

4.1  All deposits to and withdrawals from the romabet platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). romabet accepts no responsibility for any currency conversion costs, foreign transaction fees, or exchange-rate losses incurred through your payment provider.

Accepted Deposit Methods

4.2  Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in the reversal of the deposit, suspension of your account, and forfeiture of any winnings generated from those funds.

Withdrawal Rules

4.3  Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to anti-money laundering requirements. romabet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, including identity verification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.

4.4  Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are processed within five minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. romabet does not charge fees on withdrawals, although your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their standard charges.

4.5  romabet reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits on a per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Current withdrawal limits are displayed within the romabet cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

5.1  romabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions which are published alongside the offer on the romabet platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

5.2  Unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all romabet bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering with bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories or titles. Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements may vary — e.g., slots may contribute 100% whilst live casino games contribute a lesser percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• romabet reserves the right to set maximum bet limits applicable when playing with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account automatically.

5.3  romabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account prior to cancellation will remain subject to the terms under which it was originally credited.

5.4  Bonuses may not be combined unless the applicable promotion terms expressly state that combining is permitted. Players may opt out of receiving bonus credits by contacting romabet support prior to making the qualifying deposit.

6.1  All sports bets placed on the romabet platform are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the romabet sportsbook rules section. These general Terms should be read in conjunction with those rules. In the event of any conflict, the specific sportsbook rules shall prevail in relation to sports betting matters.

6.2  A bet is deemed accepted and binding only when it has been confirmed by the romabet system and a bet confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or system outages are not valid and will be refunded.

6.3  romabet reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, at any time in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system errors, match-fixing or corruption, results that are subject to ongoing investigation, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

6.4  In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at the discretion of romabet's trading team without prior notice. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid unless voided under Section 6.3. romabet accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to a market suspension.

6.5  Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on the romabet platform. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. romabet reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where it identifies unusual betting patterns.

7.1  All casino games, live dealer games, slots, and instant-win games available on the romabet platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified by recognised international testing laboratories. This certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.

7.2  In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, the game will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. Generally, incomplete hands or rounds will be completed or cancelled depending on the game type, with bets refunded where a round could not be completed. romabet accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues that are outside its reasonable control.

7.3  Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the romabet platform are indicative and subject to change at any time. A jackpot win is only confirmed once it has been validated by the game provider and credited to the player's romabet wallet. romabet accepts no responsibility for displayed jackpot amounts that differ from the final confirmed amount at the time of a win.

7.4  Live casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant as presented by the live dealer at the commencement of each round. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating. Where a discrepancy exists between on-screen game rules and dealer actions, the game provider's decision shall be final.

8.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the romabet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false personal information, creating accounts in another person's name, using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the romabet platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or in any manner that could be construed as money laundering under applicable law.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or romabet.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player product to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are subject to voiding and recovery by romabet.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access for any individual under the age of 21.

9.1  All content on the romabet platform — including but not limited to the romabet brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of romabet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the romabet platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any romabet content without prior written authorisation from romabet.

9.3  Any unauthorised use of romabet's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

10.1  romabet collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and romabet. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the romabet Privacy Policy.

10.2  romabet will share your personal data with third parties only where required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order, or where necessary to provide the services you have requested (for example, sharing payment data with JazzCash or EasyPaisa to process a transaction).

12.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, romabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the romabet platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

12.2  romabet's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the romabet platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your romabet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3  romabet does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. romabet will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for any losses arising from periods of downtime, maintenance, or technical failure that are outside its reasonable control.

12.4  Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit romabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13.1  romabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, romabet will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the romabet platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2  Continued use of the romabet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the new Terms take effect.

13.3  romabet recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date on which the most recent changes were made.

14.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which romabet holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated by romabet.

14.2  Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact romabet support at [email protected] in the first instance and allow romabet a reasonable period — not less than 30 days — to investigate and respond to your complaint.

14.3  romabet operates an internal complaints procedure. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". romabet will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

14.4  Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute by arbitration.
